Arlo won't let me cancel because the site says I need to update my subscription. I was just charged an annual renewal fee this week.
The solar panels don't work on my 3 cameras, and the batteries are too difficult to change.
There is no customer support phone number, or email, and their emails to me are no-reply. I have been waiting on the chatbox for far more than the 976 seconds it says it will take to get to a live agent. If they are closed, they should say so.
I am done. I have spent over an hour of my time trying to cancel. I will dispute the charge on my card, and they can figure it out.
They might have a good camera, but the non-existent customer service is the end.
