My doorbell was working but after recharging it won’t pick up movement. No notifications received. I can view from feed. No white light either.

Do you have a subscription? The trial one may have expired. Look in Settings, Home, Plans to verify.
It may be the doorbell needs to be reset. Use the following FAQ carefully to do so.

If still no good and you do have a subscription, use the app to go to Settings, Support and choose your doorbell. Scroll to Contacts to see what official support may offer.
