Forgive if I am beating a dead horse with this question. Just received my Video Doorbell 2nd Generation. When trying to add it to my "network", I keep getting the error code "4100." I have gone through and disabled my VPN from both the computer and phone and I still get the message. I have reset the Arlo "Hub" as well as the doorbell with no luck. I know that the network name is correct. Or should it be the "arlo" hub network? If so, I am not seeing that as an option under "networks."
Thank-you for your time.

You can't (yet) connect a 2nd gen camera to an Arlo Hub, because Arlo hasn't released that feature yet.
You should be able to connect it to your home wifi.
When are you getting the error? Is bluetooth turned on in the phone?
