No doorbell recordings

I have 3 Arlo cameras that I have been using for years with no issues. I recently changed my video doorbell and was getting recordings right after install. Now, I get no recordings on the doorbell, but am getting motion alerts. I still get recordings on the 3 cameras, with no subscription, so why not on my doorbell?

Your trial subscription may have expired. Check the status of your subscription and either add the doorbell to the existing sub (if you have one) or purchase at least a single camera sub for the doorbell. If you have a Pro 2 or older system with the free 7 day plan, you can't then add a new doorbell since any camera newer than the Pro 2 requires a subscription for cloud recordings. This goes back to 2018 when the Ultra cameras were first introduced.
