La app no muestra mi modelo de timbre

Hoy llegó mi timbre de video, cuando intento agregar mi dispositivo a la app del celular, encuentro que no sale la opción de timbres de Segunda generación y no puedo hacer más. Necesito me expliquen cómo hacer que aparezca la opción para seleccionar mi producto. Gracias

The Gen 2 doorbells aren't supported in all countries yet.

 

What country are you in?

Hi StephenB, I'm from Costa Rica, but why do they block it? I only need it to be connected to Wi-Fi to be able to use the doorbell and camera, not to record videos. I imagine they won't enable Costa Rica soon, I'll have to look for another doorbell that doesn't have blocked regions.

No idea.  IMO they should support new products world-wide at launch.  The 2nd gen cameras have been out for a year now, and they really should be available everywhere by now.
