Why does my arlo cam not recognise mysubs for my feed to work i have tried everything. And it doesn't want to know

Can you provide more information about not showing the subscription. I see two subscriptions on the account, however I only see one camera on the account as well. Which is the doorbell. Do you have more than one camera?
