I've just had the Arlo Video Doorbell 2K installed along with the SmartHub and Chime and they work well together. However, I'd also like to see them in Apple HomeKit which I understood to be supported.
I've added the SmartHub to HomeKit and it seemed to work. However, the Video Doorbell 2K doesn't appear as a device to add to a room once the SmartHub is added which is what I'd expect to see happen. Is there some additional step that I need to go through to be able to add the Doorbell?
The SmartHub (VMB4540r4) is on firmware 1.28.2.0_1938_53ee4a5 and the Doorbell (AVD4001Aer1.3) is on firmware 1.7.1_2122_3f617de. I'm trying to add the devices on my iPhone running iOS 26.1.

Those come from the smarthub.
If you connected the doorbell to your home wifi, then you need to switch over to connect it to the smarthub. You'll need to remove the doorbell from the account, and then add it back again. You'll get a prompt during the install asking whether you want to connect the doorbell through the smarthub or to your home wifi.

Is the doorbell connected via the smarthub? Or did you connect it to your home wifi?

Ah, that may be the issue. It asked to connect to my WiFi network and I allowed that. But I did notice an Arlo WiFi network when I was adding the chime. I presume I should have connected the Doorbell to the SmartHub WiFi?

Having said that, although I can see two ARLO_VMB networks from my Mac, and the Chime saw one, the Doorbell can't see any of them.

I've just seen a post by jscunningham where you also helped @StephenB so I'll try the steps suggested there.
Thanks very much for your assistance.
