I have invited a family member to access my video doorbell and outdoor security cameras via my iPhone. They have created a separate new account and signed in through the email link from me (again via an iPhone). In my account it still says their invitation is pending and in their account there is no way to access my devices I shared, it is just like a new account asking to add new devices. Can anyone help please 🙏

Tell them to click on "create account" in the original invite email on an PC. That will open their browser to my.arlo.com. From there they log into the account they already created - completely the two-factor authentication step.
After they've done that, the invite should show up as accepted in your account.
