Doorbell feed not working

My gen 2 doorbell and 2x essential cameras were installed 2 weeks ago and have been working fine. My free secure trial lasts until 21st October, after which I am planning to subscribe to the monthly secure plan.

 

This week the doorbell has stopped appearing on the timeline feed and now I just have the 2 x cameras showing recordings. The doorbell still rings, detects motion and live feed works, just the feed recordings aren’t appearing on the timeline.


Please can someone advise before I commit to £10+ per month.
