Doorbell audio incoming

Hi all I have the doorbell,wireless. Did work but brought the home hub. Had reset to factory settings and now everybody can hear me but I can only hear static and no voices. Every setting it back to what it was. Mic is on. Speaker is on. All 100 percent...but nothing. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

That could be a faulty doorbell. Do you have a subscription so you can talk to official support? If so, use the app to go to Settings, Support to see your options.
