Door iPhone Notification Turns off Before I can Accept

Hi,

 

I have just installed a Video Door Bell 2K. When someone presses the door bell button, a notification banner shows up on my iPhone with the 'X' and 'Tick'. But the notification window disappears within seconds. Before I even have time to accept.

Does this happen intermittently or on every button press?
