Can’t converse with caller

I can answer a call and see the guest but cannot communicate. No sound either way. Volume in app is at High and the app on my iPhone has all permissions ON.

Have you checked Call Settings in the doorbell settings?

Yes. Partly solved it. Hadn’t noticed that the microphone was muted as default when answering the door bell ring. Is it possible to change that?
