Hello, I am having some issues with the Arlo doorbell 2nd Gen. I am not getting to detect any motion, even when adding rules for it to detect motion. I tried to motion test and put the sensitivity to 100 and it still didn’t detect anything. I have tried factory resetting it and adding it back to the Arlo app, it didn’t work. Any ideas what I can be? I also have a camera and it shows it's detecting motion because of the Rule. The Arlo doorbell is in the same rules and it’s not having that text show up.

Probably fastest to swap at the store on the chance it's a faulty doorbell.
