How do u reset video from snapshot to video short

Check each camera's settings in Default Mode Settings to ensure that recordings are selected and not snapshots (if applicable). Also check your modes and rules in Routines to ensure Customize Device is not used or that snapshots are enabled there. It may also be possible that the battery is low and is in a power-saving mode - charge it to see if that helps.
