The arla app is not showing any recorded video, I have done restart but didn't work help me sort the issue out. Thanks

Did the doorbell's trial subscription expires? Without a subscription you won't get cloud recordings. Check Settings, Home Plans to verify. You likely need a paid plan to continue to get recordings.

I have a single camera subscription, my old gen 1 video door bell stopped working so I bought a new one 2nd generation, it was working fine in the start for a month but now it's not showing or recording videos on cloud. I have refreshed it as well but didn't work. Help me

Check that the new camera is in the subscription plan.
You might need to cancel the subscription for the old camera, and then resubscribe.
