When the doorbell is activated, the receiving devices(multiple Apple devices) ring and when answered, two-way audio is connected. The video screen on the receiving devices have a gray screen- no actual video. I have 1. Deleted and reinstated the doorbell from and to my Arlo account and 2. Restarted the doorbell in Arlo app 3. Rebooted the base. 4. Rebooted the router.  5. Placed the doorbell within 5 feet of the router. 

My Apple devices, Iphone 12 has been updated to iOS 17.4.1 

The doorbell has firmware 1.2.1_435_abb9733. The Arlo app states that No updates available. I am aware that Arlo Firmware Release notes has an update, 1.4.2_765_e08d246 April 4, 2024. Don’t know why the doorbell doesn't recognize the update.
