AVD4001 installation was successful, the traditional chime setting was linked to mechanical properly and the doorbell chime worked, as well as on my phone. After a few days the doorbell still rings through to phone but not to doorbell chime and the traditional chime setting now says disconnected. I checked all the wiring connections and they are still in tact, so that is not the issue
any advice would be helpful

Oh and when I had a traditional, sometimes you just need to power cycle the chime itself. And if that doesn't work, re-onboard.
