Recording just keeps buffering

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.

Rebooted arlo  plus Amazon table , didn't work , then reset Arlo and sinked  cameras again ,reloaded base

Does this occur on mobile data as well?

Yes , all devices , But video recording quit buffering , all seem to be fine now ??
