It really doesn't appear that anything is being done. In fact my system is now recording headlights from 100 yards away at night. Why is my system again using pixel based motion detection at night? This was supposed to have been solved.

How often are you experiencing this? Is the issue intermittent or does it always detect motion that far away at night?

It did this in early Dec and then got better after I worked with Level 3 support and then a few days ago it came back.

Things seemed to be better up until about an hour ago when the driveway camera missed me driving into the garage.
Just when I was beginning to think Arlo fixed their **bleep**.
My problem was supposed to have been escalated to Level 3 but I haven't heard anything from them.

Still having issues. The system failed and missed 3 events today.
My case was supposed to have been elevated to level 3 support but I haven't heard from anyone.
