in MODE why is my Smart Hub the only device appearing

In both the App and Online in MODE why is my Smart Hub the only device appearing although you can see all of my devices in the DEVICES screen?  In MODEyou should be able to Arm, Disarm, Schedule, or Geofencing all your devices I thought.  But this only allows me to do that to the HUB which makes no sense.

There seems to have been a glitch on the server. Log out and log back in again.

Then go to mode, select your base and then click on armed arrow. It will bring up your list of cameras.
