cameras are unreliable and sometimes will not work at all

I am tired of messing with these cameras. I don't know how many times i have to mess with it and get on the phone with tech support, to no avail. Their cameras are unreliable and sometimes will not work at all. Why in the world would they not allow a hard restart on these cameras? It is so frustrating to deal with a greedy company that locks down their cameras to make a quick buck on their subscription model. There should be a class action raised. In the mean time, I implore anyone experiencing the same to report them to the BBB.
