we pre paid for the year and are sill being charged monthly and am trying to find a number for accounts billing but can't find one.  the chat doesn't work as it keeps crashing when i ask for billing.  anyone have an email or phone number for customer service

Have you tried using the phone support option in the app?

That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.

I just received notice from American Express that my account was billed 233.26 from Arlo. I didnt even  get an email or statement from Arlo telling me they were billing me and showing me a breakdown.  Last year the price was 149.99.  I do not with to pay this much for monitoring. How do I call them direct??
