anybody having issue with arlo web portal?

 

i am able to log in and view my camera but it disconnect every 5 or 10 min.

anybody know how i can stay connected 24/7? 

 

try differ IE, firefox and chrome but it won't make a differ.

 

thank you

You will be logged out after no activity after 15 minutes. This is by design, you cannot stay logged in 24/7 with no activity.
