These cameras have never worked well since install. We have really good internet but yet the notifications are received several minutes later when there is motion. That was the only problem I had until a few days ago now my cameras only work on live view they do not record or pickup motion. So basically they are useless. The system is only 3 months old and I called customer help and there answer is pay us 100.00 and they will fix it in 10-15 minutes

Arlo Customer support does not charge for troubleshooting, it sounds like you contacting a fake support site. For Arlo support options, take a look here: Arlo Support Center
What is the active mode? (custom or the default "Armed" mode)? Are you able to manually record within a live stream?

i believe the cameras are in armed mode. I can record while in live mode
