Will Arlo ultra receive updates in other countries?

As long as you're trying to sync to a SmartHub, you shouldn't have any issues.

What process are you you using when attempting to sync? Can you provide specific details of the steps you're taking and what happens (LED behaviors, error messages etc.)?
