I’m a newbie so apologies in advance.
I purchased the 25 foot outdoor power cord for my new Arlo Ultra camera.
If I am using the outdoor Power cord with the camera do I need to have the battery in the camera?
Thank you in advance!

It doesn't matter if you leave the battery in or not , it will not harm the battery to be left in all the time as it only charges to 80% of full value if in the camera
( which is a safe level to sit at if always charging )
So the option is yours

No, but it's a good idea to leave it in so it works during a power outage. To make it truly useful, though, you should also use a UPS for your modem, router and hub so your network continues to work, too.
