Looks like the IR reflecting off a spider ( they shine white like that ) ...

sometimes you can see dust reflecting also in closed room at night without wind.

then again, some claim they are ghosts  😀

I have had arlo cameras for over 5 years and never had anything like this on it.

do a search on site for ghosts, spiders, orbs ..etc

Yours looks like a small spider or piece of something in web line blowing around due to wind.

As mentioned, items close to camera are blurred and are white due to ir reflection.

seen many over the last 7 yrs.

OR as some others insist here, you have ghosts.
