Several times in the past month I have gone to check my library of photos from my three cameras and found that they have not been stored with the Arlo cloud. I am able to see live photos, and the app recognizes my hub, but doesn't see that I have local storage available (I have a memory chip installed). I also do not have the option to "restart" the hub, "restart" is greyed out. If I unplug the hub from power and plug back in (essentially a reboot) the hub returns to normal operation for a few days. The hub always shows the blue light. Suggestions? Is it time to replace the hub? It's about 5 years old. Thanks in advance!! Bob

It's possible that the hub is failing but first remove all devices connected to the hub and the hub itself. Then start fresh, claiming the hub and then the cameras. Set up local recordings again. Any better?
