Hello,

I've had 2 base stations and 7 cameras set up and integrated with HomeKit for probably 2 or more years.  Recently, within the past 2 weeks (it's hard to say exactly), HomeKit started showing that the cameras were offline, however the Arlo Secure app had no issues communicating with the cameras and showing live video on or off local wifi.

As a last-ditch effort, I went into HomeKit and deleted the bridges, however, when I go to re-pair the bridges to HomeKit, I get stuck on the dreaded  "Discovering your device.  Please wait" screen.

I have removed and reinstalled the app, tried multiple iOS devices, reset multiple times--my wifi is in bridge, not route/NAT mode, and my firmware reads as such:

bridges: 1.21.1.0_1431_9611cf3

cameras: 1.070.52.1_35_1bdb65f

What can we do to get these back online?  Years working, past few weeks: kaput!

New firmware is now available resolving the issue some VMB5000 users were experiencing with HomeKit integration. Your SmartHub should have automatically received the update (version 1.21.1.0_1431_9611cf3) overnight. Please test again and let us know if you're still experiencing an issue.
