My hub reset itself and blocked out my cameras, it is now fixed on orange I can’t seem to unlock it to connect my camera to it 😞 I have tried to factory reset it but with no joy, I can see it on my network but cannot get it to connect.

It may just be that the hub died and needs to be replaced but first check the voltage from the power supply for 12 volts DC.
