Hello!

I have a VMB5000r5 system with a firmware 1.16.6.2_1022_c366487 which is a few versions old now.  It does not report having any firmware updates available.  I saw in another thread that there may need to be a change on Arlo's side to reset something so the box gets updates for newer versions.  I have power cycled and rebooted multiple times, but I never get any update notifications.

My cameras (H10 Ultra) are running firmware 1.070.52.1_35_1bdb65f which I think is the latest. It's only the hub that is out of date.

Thanks!

Mike

I was informed the issue should now be resolved. You can reboot the base station again and it should try pulling the new FW within the next 24 hours or so, or you can manually check for the update again.
