Hi Arlo Team,
I had 5 ARLO Cameras at my previous residence connected with the internet, and I moved to my new place on 22/04/2021, since then I am unable to connect the cameras with the Service station / SmartHub. Could any one able to help me to connect with ARLO cameras back. In addition to this I am paying monthly subscription of AUD 22.99. Please help me to fix this issue.

NEVER post personal data on an open internet forum.
Switching homes or even just routers has no effect on how Arlo connects. All that is needed is internet access to arlo.com on ports 80, 123 and 443. By default personally owned routers should be fine but ISP-owned ones sometimes have been configured to block access for whatever reason. To be able to help we need all details as to what you've tried, what you see, any error messages, etc.

Which are almost always open on home routers. 80 and 443 are used for http/https, so if you can browse without a web proxy, those ports are working. 123 is used for time sync (NTP), and is almost always open. So this is very unlikely to be the problem.

What light are you seeing on the smarthub? Also, if your router has an led on the ethernet port, does it show a connection? Also look in your router web interface at the attached device list, and see if the base station is there with an IP address.
