I got firmware update notice 2023 September 15th night Japan standard time, then executed update. After update, only my Ultra 2 cameras have been disconnected from smarthub.

 

Tried smarthub reboot, but did not work.

Tried remove Ultra2 camera, then tried to add as new camera, but hub cannot find out the camera.

 

Manual sync button also did not work.

 

When I connect the camera to charging cable, blue light flash.

So, assume camera still alive.

 

I tried all items on manual.

 

Please help me to connect ultra2 again.

Finally, I have solved the issue by removing and adding back the camera with manual sync. When adding camera, manual sync with sync button is required.

When push the sync button, long push until red led flash was required.

After adding as new camera, firmware update was required, but went well.
