One of my ultras stops recording or live streaming after a few days. I can click play to livestream, and I get “connecting”  and spinning circle infinitely. The camera view updates to current view. The notation of latest recording in upper left updates to the time I pressed the play for live view. It will not ever exit the little loading loop though.

 

The positioning utility works great, shows strong signal and gives me a current live view. But camera will not still not record or live stream.

 

When the camera disconnects it is in the middle of a recording, I can see in the library the last one before it craps out is truncated (record time is set to one minute on activity).

 

Typically resetting base station will resolve and now that has stopped working as well. Camera and base station come back on and exhibit same behavior.

Other 2 cameras (on different base stations) are fine. They run on battery and the finicky one is hard wired to power. None of the base stations are near a wifi base.

 

I have to get up on a ladder to access this camera so I am hesitant to reset it but maybe that’s my only option?  This one has been acting like this for about a year. Others are rock solid.

Before getting nuts with troubleshooting, I'd start by swapping cameras around to see what happens.

That’s a perfect suggestion, facepalming at the moment for not thinking of it.
