Phone with notify me with a push message and still image.
When I access the library to view, there is no recording.
Firmware is up to date. I've had the 4 pack set for a week and they are very buggy. Why is there no recording? I have the 30 day record plan free for the year.

Is this happening with every motion alert, or just some?

I can manually record, but not 4k as unavailable. I can view the recording.
Happened on 2 cameras (so far every alert) where I'm receiving the notification and still image. It is not adding the "record" to the library ♎ I logged out and in, no difference.

How far are the cameras from the base station?
Can you try a test - moving a camera fairly close to the base station (5-10 feet), and see if you get a normal motion alert recording?

They were working fine in the morning, afternoon they were not. 1 camera is 10' away (full wifi signal) The other camera is 30' away ( 2 bars on the wifi)

This is happening with some motion alerts. It will show the still image, notify, but not record. My Driveway Camera (10' from smarthub) captured my car , no notification and no recorded video. As I drove further, the Shop Camera (30' from smarthub) notified, captured still image and I was able to view the recording.
