Hi. I have an Ultra system that has been installed for about a month. Everything was great until I added CVR. The two cameras that are on CVR have stopped detecting any motion or recording any videos. All firmware is up to date, cameras and base have all been restarted. Oddly enough, I have another ultra system at my house in CA, and those CVRs work just fine.

Poor signal strength could result in the symptoms you're describing. What does the signal strength icon show for the cameras having trouble?

It shows full WiFi strength on both. One of the two is literally sitting next to the router. I took both cameras off CVR and now they are working. But when I put them back on CVR, they stop.
