Ultra battery won't try. Have swapped with another Ultra and doesn't charge either.

Hi
Ive got an arlo ultra less than 2 years old but battery wont try
Have swapped battery with anothef ultra snd doesnt charge with that either so def battery and not camera
Is this shelf life normal for the ultra battery

That seems short lived. Mine have done better than that.
Have you tried a different charger?

Although this article is written for the Pro/Pro 2, I suggest trying the steps in it, to see if the battery begins to charge again. After the battery fully discharges, it can be tricky to get it to charge again.
