Hi,

 

Has anyone had any luck in establishing two-way communication using their Ultra cameras?

 

The instruction manual and online resources mention going live on your camera feed and clicking on the microphone icon...we don't have a microphone icon! We have a battery, signal strength, speaker and light icon but certainly no microphone.

 

We are using the android based phone app version 2.13.1_27040 (3/12/2020).

 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated; thanks in advance.

Cheers mate; sorted now. Had to do the ol' shut down and re-start to get the microphone to appear.

The icons you mention are present on the camera widget all the time. To initiate a live stream, you need to tap the "Play" icon in the center of the camera widget. After the live stream is initiated, you should seen a microphone icon which can then be tapped to initiate two-way conversation.
