Ultra. Records on SD library but not on the cloud. Also get alerts but no recording in the cloud. I think Ultra is not worth the money. A lot of false advertising.

For recordings to be saved to the cloud, you must have an active Arlo Smart subscription for your Ultra cameras. Do you have a subscription to Arlo Smart?

I agree not really worth the money they stop really helping and it’s the same old crap. The smart hub stored doesn’t work for me but the cloud does I’m tired off the stuff not working properly and also them not fixing it.
