Ultra Live mode leads to camera going offline and unavailable. Goes non-responsive for about 5 mins.

Hi,
I am facing a problem whereby when attempting to connect live with the camera, it goes offline after failing to connect and becomes non-responsive for about 5 minutes: "This Arlo Device is offline - makre sure you are connected to the internet". After the 5 minutes the error is no longer present and the app returns back to the regular screen with a play button in the middle of the display.
I continue to find the Arlo ultra's are very buggy and unreliable. Please help.

What's the signal strength showing for your Arlo Ultra camera? Is this error also happening on the web client on your computer?
