Ultra Charging issues

I recently purchased (3) Ultra bundle have nothing but issues charging these. I just had to go out buy another “outdoor” charger and after 2 weeks this is not working either. Are these unable to charge when it gets cold out?

I have the exact same issue with my cameras, none are charging. Then unplugging and plugging the battery sometimes helps, but I have to do a lot of times... a lot like 20-30 times and then just maybe. Lately however this does not help. I have tried charging different cameras, switching hubs and batteries nothing works. I have tried using an Apple iPad charger instead, but nothing works... this camera really has severe issues with charging.

I've had a couple of occasions where I cleaned the contacts on both the camera and charger connector to reliably make it work.  Otherwise, use the Contact Support link at the bottom here for a possible hardware issue.
