Ultra Camera won’t connect to SmartHub. Was working fine but dropped out.

Ultra camera has synced to base station but won’t connect. Was working fine but after internet dropped out and reconnected it’s stopped working. Camera makes a clicking noise. Light flashes blue when syncing. Have reset everything.
