Just bought the ultra today and already having issues. I bought the kit with 4 cameras and 4 of the 4 work fine. The other camera syncs to the hub but will not connect to show video. I know the camera works as it will turn IR on and off when it tries to connect and its dark. Has anyone else figured this out yet ? I would like to keep the cameras as I like the quality of footage and ease of setup and use, but I don;t want to only have 3 cameras when I paid for 4. It will not connect and continues to time out. I tried re-syncing and power cycles for the hub and the camera with no luck, the other 3 cameras work perfect. Any suggestions ? If not, I will be returning them 😞

If it is just one camera that is misbehaving, have you tried swapping it one of the working cameras? This will indicate if it is the camera that is the problem, or its location and the wifi connection to the hub.
