The switch over to b/w or color depends on amount of light...
Also verify the setting on the cameras are the same.
You can also swap one of the working cameras to the location of bad one to see if it's camera or location
Last, try and reset the camera by pulling battery and replacing.
If in the end, still having issues, I would contact Arlo support.
