I have spread my Ultra 1 and 2 cameras across 3 x VMB5000 SmartHubs. I am long term Arlo user since 2018 (when it was Netgear, Arlo Pro) with Arlo Elite subscription.
About a month ago I noticed on the ARLO APP one of my Ultra 1 camera PATIO DOOR kept appearing in two of my VMB5000 SmartHubs despite numerous attempts to remove it from the 2nd SmartHub! I can change the camera settings in the MODE options on both of the SmartHubs. I set the MODE (ARMED – DISARMED) on each SmartHub independently so having the camera in two SmartHubs causes problems. I have read it’s not possible for one camera to be sync’d to two SmartHubs! See Photos
The Ultra 1 camera (Hardware H6) in question has the same Firmware 1.070.52.1_35_1bdb65f as my other Ultra 1 cameras.
To try and fix the issue I have tried:
- Resetting the Ultra camera to factory settings several times, leaving the battery out overnight, reset to factory settings again in the morning and sync’d to the correct SmartHub.
- Changing the Ultra camera name to several new names and sync’d to correct SmartHub.
- Restarting the two SmartHubs several times and then sync the Ultra camera again.
- I added a spare Ultra 1 camera using the same camera name and everything works fine so the problem follows the same camera
Any ideas to solve this problem would be great, thanks

Which version of the Arlo app do you have installed? Does this show on the web as well?

Thanks for reply, I have the latest version IOS App updated earlier today, not tried the web as I rarely use it, will add that suspect camera again and view off the web, can't understand why it would be different on the web as its only 1 specific camera?

As suggested I have now added the Ultra camera (Called it TEST) into one of my SmartHubs on the WEB and it still shows on two of my SmartHubs, see pictures, wherever I add this single camera it is added into two of my SmartHubs ????
