Hi,
We purchase the Ultra camera, and do not seem be getting push notification. We have never received any from when we first set it up.
I have check the MODES and I have made sure the PUSH NOTIFICATION are Ticked.
I also had email checked but quickly unchecked that when I was getting 60 emails ever few hours thanks to my dog. So I know the email works, just not the text notification.
Anyone have this issue and solved it? I can called Arlo support twice, waiting on the phone for 23mins even before speaking to someone. With no solution to the issue.

It seems I had to go into phone settings>general>reset>Reset network settings> enter pass code> hit yes> WAIT...
once it reset all WiFi I then had to re-link (enter WiFi password) back up to WiFi and I started to receive notifications FINALLY
I hope these steps may help someone else.
