Trying to add SmartHub to husbands account. Cannot see any saved videos. Any way to grant access?

I canceled my subscription with Arlo and changed my storage setting to record locally. When I go to my library I can still see all the recorded videos. My problem is my husband's account. He can not see any saved videos. I was told the reason he can't see any videos is because the smarthub is not on his account, only the 2 cameras we have. Is there a way to grant access to the smarthub so he can see the saved videos?

There have been other threads about this. Only the primary account can see the recordings on the hub. He can use your login to see them but if you are logged in it will knock you out until he logs off, but it is a work around.
