Trouble Gaining Access to Cameras after Invite and creating an account

Hi- I granted access to my family member to watch my elderly mom.  She receives the Arlo email to accept, and created an account- but they don’t see the cameras.  I granted access to the cameras.

 

They have already set up their account with the same email used to invite them.
I have already selected which cameras they should have access to.
Their Arlo app is completely empty. The invitation still shows as pending.

They don’t see any cameras.

Are you both using the same version of the app?

Yes - we are both using the Apple app - Arlo Secure

Have her click on "create account" on a PC.  That will open the browser to my.arlo.com, where she can just log into her existing account.

 

If she doesn't see the cameras after your app shows the invite is accepted, then you might need to review this:
