Transfer to a new user/ account

I recently purchased a home with the Ultra Series + Arlo base station, cameras and doorbell and am unable to add my devices to my account. I have followed the instructions exactly, but I keep getting an error stating that it cannot find my devices. They are all mounted on the outside of my home and the lights come on when someone walks by but the cameras will not add to my new account. I have reached out to Support many times but they all keep sending me the same information that isn't helpful at all (since it doesn't recognize my base and cameras). The devices have been removed from the previous owners account and all of the serial numbers seem to check out on the Arlo end according to Support. 

 

Anyone have suggestions on how to add the devices to my account? The reset to factory, Ethernet cable, plugging into the base station, etc does not work to be able to add the devices.

Are you certain of this?  Your symptoms sound like they might still be in that account.
