The top portion of one camera has a line and is shaded. I’ve moved the camera and adjusted the angle but it won’t go away?

FYI the dark gray top 1/3 of the camera is there because Arlo does not use that shaded area to detect motion. You can read further about it in these two KB’s.

Never mind! It only does that when you are aiming the camera!
